I’m blind I’m blind But I can still see my surroundings That I put myself in
My line is so criss-crossed That it is even blind It cannot see ...and it’s my entire fault…
My eyes are closed I cannot open them any more I’ve plunged myself so deep I cannot see
My line is at its little end I think I’m glad

Scaling the keys of my piano Striking notes in a musical way One by one It sounds all on its own
I play more and more each day Honing my musical talent Making beautiful music All on my own
Playing songs over and over All alone, it sounds sad Together, the notes are happy
The notes play well together
Like pees in a pod …I like the way it sounds
But when It comes time for a my big debue When the crowd is all around me And I am dressed in my best
I sit, and cannot play The note
